NOT JUST A ROOM

We offer four types of rooms:

  1. Spacious Room (20m²)
  2. Extra Spacious Room (24m²)
  3. Studio (24m²)  with cooking facilities (Available from September)
  4. Premium Studio (30m²)  with cooking facilities (Available from September)

Each room is fully furnished, cozy, and comfortable. Here’s what you’ll find in your room:

  • Kitchen Pantry: Equipped with a water cooker, coffee machine, cupboards, sink, and a fridge. Perfect for all your basic needs, whether it’s your morning coffee, breakfast granola, cold and hot drinks, or midnight snacks.
  • Luxurious Bathroom: Featuring a rain shower, hotel-quality towels, and premium shower amenities.
  • Bedroom Living Area: Includes an efficient wardrobe, a queen-size bed with hotel linen, a top-quality mattress, and storage space for suitcases underneath. There’s also built-in wall seating with a table and chair, plus a lounge chair in the corner.

For the Studio and Premium Studio you’ll also have cooking facilities in the room.

CLUBROOMS

Our clubrooms are where our guests come together to cook, share stories, work or study. Want to meet like-minded individuals? You’re in the right place. Prefer privacy? Retreat to your room anytime. The clubrooms are designed with a combination of atmosphere and functionality. Included in every clubroom;

  • 2 dishwashers
  • 2 combi microwaves
  • 8 induction cooking plates
  • 2 ovens
  • 2 large fridges
  • All de basic supplies to cook a meal
  • Lockers are provided for personal kitchen items

The Clubrooms are cleaned twice a day by our staff.

Rates start at € 1850,- per month. 

Including weekly cleaning with change of bedlinen and towels, WIFI, all service chargers and VAT.

Tourist tax (12,5% of the room rate ex VAT) is not included in the price. If you register at our address or another address in Amsterdam you are exempt from tourist tax.
